When you request the Field Manual, take the Pit Assessment, or join a waitlist, we collect what you give us: your first name, your email address, and, for the Pit Assessment, your answers and the scores calculated from them.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may also record basic technical information such as your browser, your device and the pages you visit.

We use your information to deliver what you asked for, to send you emails about Pit to Power and Expansion, including next steps, new content and offers, and to learn what actually helps readers so we can improve the book, the tools and our programs.

Your assessment answers are used to build your report and to tailor the follow-up you receive.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our communications, such as our website platform, our customer relationship and email tools, and our payment processor if you make a purchase. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know and to delete personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using them.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep your information for as long as you're on our list, or as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
